Request for evidence [RFE]

R-1 nonimmigrant religious workers visa
R-1 Visa available to alien religious workers to work for nonprofit religious organizations in the United States. Applicants must be a member of a religious denomination having a bonafide non-profit religious organization in the United States for at least two years immediately before filing the petition. Initial period of admission is for up to 30 months and can be extended for up to an additional 30 months.
